What is "Work (by Weirdly)"?

Work (by Weirdly) is a brand new product designed to make life easier for job-hunters like you, using all the insider knowledge the team at Weirdly have learned from building recruitment software. You can access it by clicking this link and using your other talent profile login.

On it, you'll find:

• A place to view and manage any Talent Profiles you've completed already for brands. These might include profiles you've created when applying for jobs at Kmart, Target or The Warehouse Group. Basically, if a company uses Weirdly software for their recruiting, and you've registered interest in working there, you should find your application here.
• Early access to new job opportunities. The Work team are adding new opportunities here all the time and we'll notify you when any pop up that might fit you particularly.
• Exclusive deals and offers from partner companies - stuff like training and discounts on subscriptions. Some of these will be free, some paid, and all totally optional!
• A Discord community where you can meet, chat and get advice from other job hunters like you.

It says "by Weirdly" - who is Weirdly?

Weirdly is an HRTech company - basically, that means they make software that some of the biggest brands in the world use to hire people. Weirdly helps companies like Target, Uber, Bumble and IBM manage the thousands of job applications they get each year.

What makes Weirdly a bit different from the other recruiting software these companies use is that they're really focussed on what makes a good experience for candidates (that's you). These Talent Profiles are a brand new way of doing recruitment - for you AND for the recruiter. Ultimately, the goal is to make getting a job feel more fair, more fun and more open.
