When there's something important to tell you - an invitation to an interview, notifying you about progressing to the next step in a recruitment process - we'll always send an email.
But we know that emails are easy to miss!
So if there's something we need to tell you that's really time sensitive, we (or one of the companies who use our software to power their recruitment) might opt send you a text message.
These might include:
- Invitations to book an interview spot
- Early-bird notifications that your local store is hiring (often giving you the chance to get in before they advertise)
- Notifying you of a contract or form that needs signing
- Notifying you if we've sent someone else a form that needs to be signed on your behalf (eg. if you're under 18 and we've sent a guardian consent form to your parent or guardian)
These are all things where timing really matters - if you don't know or take action quickly, you might miss out on an opportunity.
We don't allow our organisation users (those are the companies who you're applying to) to send text messages via our system for pure marketing purposes.
