If your quiz requires you to record a video and you can't, it could be your video file may be too big. Is your video 15secs?
Another common issue is if you've accidentally denied access to your camera or microphone - if this happens, you'll need to jump into your device's settings to allow access.
If you don't have a web camera on your computer, that's no problem, we're mobile friendly 😊 All you need to do is jump on a smartphone or borrow a friends’ and log into your TalentProfile.
If you're still stuck, we may need to do some deeper trouble-shooting for you. You should see a little speech bubble icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. Click on there and tell us what's happening including: Any error messages you're seeing, the name of the browser you're using (chrome, safari, internet explorer etc), and what kind of device you're on.
