Talent Profiles are a new way of registering your interest in a job. Basically, we take all the stuff you want to tell us about you - who you are, the times and locations you want to work, maybe the roles you're interested in or maybe the previous experience you've had.
Then recruiters use this info to consider you for different roles they have available. The thing that makes this a bit different from your standard job application is that once you've created your Talent Profile, you can always be considered for roles. So if there's nothing that fits your criteria today when you register, you won't be matched. But if something comes up tomorrow that fits, you'll automatically be put forward for consideration, without having to fill in another form.
That means having up to date info is REALLY important. So we encourage you to jump in and update stuff whenever something changes in your life.
You might've been looking for a Mon-Fri job when you first joined, but now you've just got a few hours spare in the weekend you'd like to fill instead. It's super-easy to just jump in and update your availability so you'll only be put forward for jobs that fit that new criteria.
