It says "powered by Weirdly". Who's Weirdly?

Weirdly is an HRTech company - basically, that means we make software that some of the biggest brands in the world use to hire people. We help companies like Target, Uber, Bumble and IBM manage the thousands of job applications they get each year.

What makes Weirdly a bit different from the other HRTech tools these companies use is that we're really focussed on what makes a good experience for candidates (that's you). These TalentProfiles are a brand new way of doing recruitment - for you AND for the recruiter. Ultimately, our goal is to make getting a job feel more fair, more fun and more open. Over the next few months we'll be releasing more features with this in mind so keep your eyes peeled!
