We'll put you forward for a job whenever your profile info matches the criteria a store needs. It's vital your profile is 100% complete though, as only complete profiles can be considered for any role.
What does that mean exactly?
When you fill out your profile, you identify a whole lot of stuff about you - what shifts you might be available to work, the locations you'd prefer, what your exisiting experience looks like. Then, when a store wants to hire someone, they flag a bunch of requirements for their "ideal" candidate. This is the same kind of stuff you've put into your profile - location of the store, the shifts that are available, the level of experience they need the person to have etc.
If the info you've added to your profile matches the store's requirements, you'll automatically be put forward for consideration (along with anyone else whose profile matches too). At this point, the recruiter's usual process kicks into gear. They might check out the profiles, select a shortlist, maybe invite people in for an interview - this may be a bit different depending on the store or role.
If you're worried that you're not being put forward for any roles, the most likely reason is that your skills, experience or availability criteria don't match the demands of the role, or your profile isn't fully complete. Remember, only profiles that are 100% complete can be put forward for jobs.
Jump in and double-check you've completed all the required parts of your profile and that everything is up to date. This'll make sure you continue to show up in recruiter searches and you might be a better fit for the next one!
