Ok. First step is to make sure you've filled in all the required fields including:
- Title
- Legal first name
- Legal last name
- Preferred first name
- Email address
- Home address (there's a trick to this - see the * below)
- Mobile
- Employment status
* Note: We use "Home Address" to help understand if you're within travel distance of a particular store. Just start typing your address and when you see it appear in the list below, click on that.
You can't manually enter these details. You must pick from the list.
If your address doesn't come up for some reason - click on the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and we'll help fix it for you.
If you've checked off all the stuff above and you're still having an issue, we'll need to do some deeper trouble-shooting for you.
Clicking on that same little chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen will get you a real human person to help with this. We'll ask you for some info:
- Exactly what's happening (including any error messages you're seeing - these will be right at the top of the page)
- The name of the browser you're using (chrome, safari, internet explorer etc)
- What kind of device you're on (mobile, laptop etc)
Then we'll try and re-create the problem at our end so we can see what's happening and fix it for you.
