If you're successful in your application and under 18 years old, some employers require that your contract has to be witnessed.
Basically, this just means someone over 18 yrs old needs to sign your contract to confirm who you are. It can be anyone over 18 who knows you - maybe a parent, a teacher, even a family friend will do!
This person won’t need to attend your interview, and the recruitment team won’t contact them directly either.
