If you become unavailable for work, you might not want to be put forward for new roles anymore.
You've basically got two options:
1) You can opt to delete your profile entirely. This means you'll disappear from our system. If you want to be considered for work again down the track, you'll need to start again from scratch - filling in an entirely new Talent Profile.
2) A better option might be letting us know you're unavailable, but keeping the rest of your Talent Profile intact. This is a good option if you think you might still like to be considered for a job some time in the future.
For example, if you apply for a job at Company A, but then you get a job somewhere else (Company B) for the summer holidays, you might not want to be considered for a job at Company A anymore. In this scenario, you can jump into the "Availability" tab on your profile and click the "no" option. This will stop you from automatically being put forward for jobs.
Then, if you finish your role at Company B and want to be considered for jobs at Company A again, you can just jump back into the same place and click the "yes" option. You'll automatically start being put forward for Company A roles that match your profile again.
🔥 Hot tip: While you update your availability, take a second to check over the rest of your profile and make sure it's all still up to date.
